Emails That Go Unanswered
Players send dozens of emails to college coaches and never hear back. They don't know who to contact, what to say, when to follow up, or how to get in front of the right people.

Next5Recruiting helps baseball players turn their talent into college opportunities through personalized strategy, exposure, coach outreach, and recruiting guidance.
For many players and families, the hardest part of college recruiting isn’t talent. It’s knowing how to navigate the process.
Players send dozens of emails to college coaches and never hear back. They don't know who to contact, what to say, when to follow up, or how to get in front of the right people.
Families spend thousands traveling to showcases and camps without knowing which events actually provide meaningful exposure.
Transfer athletes enter the NCAA transfer portal without knowing how to market themselves, identify opportunities, or keep up with a process that moves extremely quickly.
And even when opportunities come,
the biggest questions remain:
What are college coaches actually looking for?
What level of college baseball am I realistically suited for?
Which programs should I be targeting?
Which showcases and camps are actually worth attending?
How do I get a coach to respond to me?
How do I navigate the NCAA transfer portal?
Will I actually have an opportunity to play at this school?
Does the coaching staff, academics, location, culture, and roster fit what I want?
Will this school still feel like the right decision two or three years from now?
The recruiting process is about more than finding a college that wants you.
The goal is to find the right opportunity at the right school with the right program.
We help athletes and families replace uncertainty with a clear strategy: identifying realistic opportunities, communicating with coaches, navigating showcases and the transfer portal, evaluating programs, and ultimately finding the college that offers the best combination of baseball, academics, opportunity, and personal fit.
See How It WorksWe work with you to build a realistic target list of Division I, Division II, and Division III programs based on athletic ability, academics, goals, location preferences, and overall fit.
We make sure the recruiting video, statistics, metrics, academics, and player information are presented professionally.
We organize professional email templates, identify the right coaches to contact, and develop a consistent outreach strategy that gives the athlete the best chance of a response.
We put the athlete's profile in front of the programs that make the most sense and support every step toward the right fit.
Our goal is simple: give every athlete a clear strategy, better access to college coaches, and the best possible opportunity to get recruited by a school that is truly the right fit.

Next5Recruiting was founded by Dylan Zucker, a former college baseball player who lived the recruiting process firsthand at every level.
Coming from a small public high school on Long Island, New York, Dylan had to learn how to create opportunities, communicate with coaches, evaluate programs, and navigate an often confusing recruiting landscape without a clear roadmap.
His journey took him to Wake Forest, Johns Hopkins, and through the transfer portal twice, giving him firsthand experience with Division I and Division III baseball, roster decisions, recruiting conversations, and the realities athletes face when searching for the right fit.
Through his TikTok platform, Dylan has built a community by sharing honest insights on college baseball, recruiting, the transfer portal, and the differences between levels of the game.
Next5Recruiting turns that experience into a resource for the next generation of players, giving athletes and families the strategy, guidance, relationships, and perspective Dylan wishes he had when his own journey began.
Every recruiting journey is personal.
